About Longcheng Road
I visited various shops on this street and recorded in shorthand what I saw and thought of at that time.

Longcheng Road is a street downstairs from my childhood home, located in Nanshan District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, China. Because the entire block is an older residential area, it has a long history of at least twenty years. Longcheng Road is not a particularly famous street because the entire street only has some very small shops, such as vegetable and fruit shops, meat and vegetable shops, stationery shops, and breakfast shops. The residents living on this street are mostly elderly and children, so it is common to see the lively scene of elderly people buying vegetables in the store and children chasing and fighting on the street. They go to those shops just like entering their own homes, and they are also very familiar with the shop owner, just like old friends. These are all things that are difficult to see in rapidly developing modern metropolises.
